1. Payment Before Fulfillment Work with cnvrt.co begins only after full payment has been successfully processed via Stripe. We do not begin work based on verbal confirmation, unsigned agreements, or pending transactions. Your project is officially scheduled and work commences only once funds have cleared through Stripe.
2. Accepted Payment Methods We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including:

(Payments are processed via Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1.)
3. Custom Work & Scope All services provided by cnvrt.co are custom-tailored to the specific needs, goals, and business size of each client. The amount of work performed depends on the agreed-upon project scope, timeline, and strategic plan.
4. Fulfillment Timeline All services are delivered digitally. Timelines for strategy, implementation, and revisions will be communicated and agreed upon during the onboarding process. We strive for transparency and will notify you promptly if any adjustments to the timeline are necessary.
5. Refund Policy Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not usually offer refunds. We invest substantial time, expertise, and strategic effort into each engagement. However, in unlikely cases where we determine that the quality of service delivered does not meet our own standards of excellence, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a solution, refund or partial refund.
